We had already established ourselves as a market leader in our native Germany and KLPR’s brief was to raise the profile of the company amongst our potential target audience in the UK. FACT-Finder is a pioneer in search and navigation technology for e-commerce, and part of KLPR’s brief was to position us as thought leaders on this topic. We wanted to reach out to e-commerce brands and educate them on the benefits that the technology provided by FACT-Finder could have on their sales conversion rates.
Upon appointment, KLPR immediately set about establishing who the key spokespeople at FACT-Finder were and the areas that they could talk about expertly. KLPR actively keeps abreast of industry issues and topics and drafts thought leadership pieces around these. The team also regularly pulls together press releases and case study materials to be pitched out to the relevant trade media.
KLPR also seeks out speaker opportunities and events that FACT-Finder should be at in the UK in order to generate leads, and for every event we have so far attended, whether as an exhibitor or a speaker, KLPR has made sure that we get the most out of it in terms of PR.
Very quickly we began gaining coverage in relevant publications, thanks to KLPR’s excellent contacts with relevant trade press journalists. To date we have received coverage in many prestigious UK trade magazine titles, including E-Commerce Direct, Integrated Retailer, Figaro Digital, The Wall, New Media Knowledge and Cream Global.
KLPR has also been working with us to help raise awareness of our work in the Semantic Search field within the travel sector with our sister company FACT-Finder Travel.
