We approached KLPR to help us raise the profile of the APA within the European travel retail sector, and to help us establish ourselves as the go-to people for any brands wanting to run promotions or other activities in airside travel retail locations across Europe.
KLPR has produced a range of thought leadership articles and press releases for us, that have helped make the APA much more visible in the key media for our sector, both in print and online. Kelly and her team have also made sure that we have connected with the key journalists in the industry and are front of mind for them whenever they are looking at travel retail promotions. KLPR has also been instrumental in helping us to deliver our annual newsletter by creating all the content for us.
Thanks to KLPR we have seen a marked increase in the number of clients approaching us, and this has been a key factor in helping the industry understand what we can offer them as a Europe-wide association. In fact we have recently signed two deals with brands to take on their airport activities across Europe as a whole agency and not just as separate companies.
