Blackjack Promotions is enhancing its focus on luxury brands with a new training programme.
The company, which specialises in travel retail and experiential offerings, has teamed up with Penny Blake Associates to help its staff offer more within the popular sector.
Penny Blake will run courses for Blackjack staff on the latest tatics and best practice with high-value customers. She will also assist Blackjack managers in becoming accredited trainers themselves as part of her ‘Succeeding in the luxury arena’ scheme.
Blackjack promotions head of client services Leanne Nutter said: “Luxury brands rightly demand best-in-class brand ambassadors, and over the years Blackjack has invested significant resources in developing our retail staff. Our latest training programme, however, takes things to another level.”
The training programme includes topics looking at “emotional intelligence” and “creating a wow experience”.
Ms Blake said: “Blackjack’s commitment to training its staff in how best to engage with high-value customers in the luxury retail space is highly commendable – they realise that people are an organisation’s best asset.”
